Meetings are held on the first and third Wednesday of the month except in school holidays.

At present there are approximately 90 members who are drawn from a much wider area than Bayside. Members gather from 9.45am for tea/coffee/biscuits, library borrowing and social interaction. The formal program commences at 10.30am and concludes at 12 noon.
